Pretexturing and Anodization of W for Fabricating Ordered Anodic Porous WO<sub>3</sub>

Ordered anodic porous WO 3 was prepared by the anodization of a W substrate with depression pattern under constant voltage 18 V in concentrated phosphoric acid at 120 °C. However, behavior hole formation induced depressions found to be strongly affected depth and diameter depressions. Multiple holes were formed shallow during initial stage anodization, whereas only one deep depression. In addition, when small, growth fine around observed. Since on surface prevented from growing direction, large-diameter allowed grow deeper. The obtained ordered can used for various applications such as photocatalysis electrochromic devices.
